Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and pass background and drug screen.
• Must meet image standards and have a valid driver's license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Ability to direct activities, work under stress, and make judgments and decisions.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Promote Domino’s brand through professionalism and communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost, and labor; adjust accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensure proper training of team members.
• Establish and maintain high customer service levels.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets per guidelines.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and prep areas.
• Receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
