Domino's Team Murph in Texas is seeking a General Manager in Training to join one of the fastest growing quick service restaurant teams. You will participate in a progressive training program while you work in a fast-paced environment with the goal of becoming a restaurant General Manager.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, excelling in leading operations, coaching staff, and delivering excellent customer service as you move toward a GM role.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino's experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with 2-year driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Promotes Domino's brand through professionalism, enthusiastic attitude and effective communication.
• Reviews daily sales, food cost and labor; adjusts and follows up accordingly.
• Ensures food safety compliance.
• Ensures proper training of Team Members.
• Establishes and maintains a high level of customer service.
• Motivates staff and leads by example.
• Protects the security of cash, inventory, and other assets in accordance with company guidelines and directives.
