Domino’s Team Murph in Texas is seeking candidates for General Managers in Training to join a fast-growing quick service restaurant family. The program offers progressive training while you work toward becoming a restaurant General Manager.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and pass a background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and an insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain customer service and brand standards with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Train Team Members and maintain high training standards.
• Protect cash, inventory and assets per company guidelines.
