Domino's Pizza's Team Murph is seeking motivated candidates for the General Managers in Training program in Texas. This role focuses on developing leadership and restaurant operations expertise to advance to a store General Manager position.

The training blends hands-on responsibilities with performance feedback in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing customer service, food safety, and profitability. Ideal candidates are experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2+ years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Ability to direct activities, work under stress, and meet quality standards.
• Flexible schedule to open/close store, incl. nights/weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand/move up to 100% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets per guidelines.
• Maintain high level of customer service and staff motivation.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust as needed.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensure proper training of team members.
• Lead by example.
• Provide guidance during all team member duties.
• Operate equipment; stock ingredients; receive and process calls; take inventory; daily cleaning.
