KBP Brands' Sonic Drive-In in High Point, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold Sonic standards, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will partner with the Managing Partner on training, scheduling, inventory, and financial controls while driving growth initiatives and protecting the brand. This role offers opportunities for advancement within KBP Brands.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic’s brand reputation.
