Domino’s Team Murph is hiring for General Managers in Training. The role focuses on leading fast-growing quick service restaurant operations with a structured training program to advance to a restaurant General Manager role.

Ideal candidates are experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, capable of driving customer service excellence, food safety, and team development in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience; prior Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+, pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2+ years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Ensure food safety compliance and high customer service levels.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor and adjust accordingly.
• Provide proper training to Team Members and supervise staff.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets per guidelines.
