Job summary

Domino’s Team Murph is seeking candidates for General Managers in Training to join a fast-growing quick service restaurant group. You’ll participate in a progressive training program while working in a fun, fast-paced environment with the goal of becoming a restaurant General Manager.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated, able to drive operations, ensure food safety, train Team Members, and deliver excellent customer service while managing costs and assets.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and meet strict quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other assets.
