Domino's Team Murph in Texas is seeking a General Manager in Training to join our fast-growing restaurant group. You will participate in a structured training program while you work toward leading a Domino's location.

The ideal candidate is experienced, energetic, and customer-focused, with leadership ability to drive operations, staffing, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years of driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, and handle stress.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; stand/walk up to 100% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Becomes a positive ambassador for the Domino’s brand through professionalism and communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensure proper training of Team Members.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
