Job summary

Central Mississippi Pizza (CMS) is seeking a General Manager In Training to develop leadership skills while overseeing daily store operations and guiding a team to deliver high-quality products and service in a fast-paced setting.

You will drive coaching, scheduling, local marketing, and customer satisfaction while adhering to CMS policies and ensuring safety and compliance across the store.

Qualifications

• AM4 or GM with DM approval and CMS in good standing
• Must have completed GMITO Class or equivalent and have a store-ready AM4
• Demonstrated high-volume mentality and store supervision
• Must pass background and drug tests
• Proficient math and technology skills

Responsibilities

• Recognize, appreciate, and value the talents and contributions of all individuals.
• Lead a positive, upbeat team environment and motivate Team Members while upholding CMS standards.
• Coach and monitor Safety & Security policies; ensure all equipment works.
• Utilize CMS Training tools and on-the-job training to develop team members.
• Adhere to CMS, Domino's, and State health code standards and hold the team accountable.
• Oversee inventory management, cash handling, sales projections, local store marketing, and scheduling.
• Manage sales, inventory, and labor to achieve desired profits.
• Ensure product, service and image standards are upheld daily.
