Central Mississippi Pizza (CMS) in Laurel, MS is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, serve customers, and help the General Manager drive store goals.

You will train Team Members, manage labor, maintain safety standards, and uphold CMS brand image while using advanced equipment and Pizza College training.

The role offers growth within CMS Welcome to Management and a chance to contribute to a high-volume, community-focused pizza operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complete CMS Welcome to Management Courses.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Stand, walk, sit, carry, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Food Safety Certified as required by area.

Responsibilities

• Uphold brand image and lead the team on shift.
• Manage store operations with a high-volume mindset.
• Meet CMS service goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train and coach Team Members to achieve product and service standards.
• Operate store equipment, including ovens, and ensure safety.
• Schedule and manage labor and attendance; maintain punctuality.
• Learn and apply CMS marketing tools and learn health standards.
