RPM Pizza, a long-standing Domino’s franchise with 160+ stores across four states, invites you to join as General Manager in Morgan City, LA. Lead store performance, coach a team, and uphold safety and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee labor, inventory, scheduling, sales growth, and local marketing while ensuring food safety, quality, and financial results. This part-time role requires strong leadership, reliability, and a commitment to brand integrity.

Qualifications

• AM4 or prior General Manager with District Manager approval and good standing.
• GM in Training Program completion or equivalent required.
• Proven success in a high-volume environment.
• Strong math, technology, and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Required food safety certification per local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop Team Members using RPM training tools.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture that values accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with RPM, Domino’s, safety, security, and health standards.
• Deliver consistent product quality, service, and store image.
• Manage sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Execute local store marketing and represent RPM as a Brand Ambassador.
• Uphold brand standards and support scheduling, labor management, and attendance.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food prep tools.
