Job summary

Central Mississippi Pizza (CMS) is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach Team Members, and support the General Manager in daily operations. You’ll build an engaging, customer-focused environment and ensure consistent service quality across all duties.

You will stay current with CMS training, participate in Pizza College courses, and help drive store goals while upholding brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong communication and verbal skills.
• Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Food Safety Certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent CMS brand image.
• Manage store operations and Team with a high-volume mindset.
• Meet CMS service goals and maintain safety standards.
• Oversee scheduling, labor, attendance, and punctuality.
• Lead Team Members to achieve store goals and exemplary service.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens, and ensure cleanliness.
