Job summary

Domino’s Team Murph is hiring a General Manager in Training to join our fast-growing quick service restaurant team in Texas. You will participate in a progressive training program while working in a dynamic environment aimed at promoting to a full General Manager role.

Responsibilities include driving store operations, maintaining brand standards, managing sales and costs, and ensuring food safety. A strong candidate will lead by example with exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and pass background and drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver's license with 2+ years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress and make judgments.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Meet image standards and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain brand recognition through professionalism and communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Train team members effectively.
• Establish and maintain high customer service standards.
• Motivate staff and protect cash, inventory, and assets.
