Domino’s Team Murph in Texas is seeking a General Manager in Training to join our management team. This role offers a structured, progressive training path to become a store General Manager in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, manage sales and labor, ensure food safety, and uphold high customer service standards while adapting to scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to direct activities, manage staff, work under stress, and make decisions.

Responsabilités

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain customer service excellence and professional brand representation.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust as needed.
• Ensure food safety compliance and quality standards.
• Train and develop Team Members; motivate staff.
• Protect cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines.
• General duties: stock ingredients, process orders, take inventory, and maintain cleanliness.
