Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is looking for individuals to join Team Murph as General Managers in Training in San Antonio. This progressive program develops operations leadership with the goal of becoming a Restaurant General Manager.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated to excel in listed responsibilities. Essential duties include driving operations to achieve 5 Star Status, showcasing the Domino’s brand with professionalism, reviewing sales and costs, and ensuring food safety

Qualifications

• One year of management experience or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and make judgments and decisions.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand or move for up to 100% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve high standards and 5 Star Status.
• Lead and train Team Members to ensure quality performance.
• Review daily sales, food cost, and labor; take follow-up actions as needed.
• Ensure food safety compliance and maintain high customer service levels.
• Protect cash, inventory and assets according to company policies.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
