Job summary

Domino’s Team Murph in San Antonio is hiring for a General Manager in Training. You’ll participate in a progressive training program while gaining hands-on leadership experience to advance to a restaurant General Manager role.

The role includes driving operations, ensuring food safety, training team members, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has management experience, is self-motivated, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old; pass background and drug screen.
• Have a valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Meet image standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand or move up to 100% of work time.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensures proper training of Team Members.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other assets in accordance with company guidelines.
