Domino’s Team Murph in San Antonio seeks a General Manager in Training to join a fast-growing quick service restaurant concept. You will participate in a progressive training program while working toward becoming a restaurant General Manager.

The role emphasizes leadership, overseeing operations, food safety, training staff, and delivering outstanding customer service in a high-volume environment. Availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to motivate staff and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve high performance and 5-star service.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance across all operations.
• Ensures proper training of Team Members and new hires.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other assets in accordance with company guidelines and directives.
