Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience (Domino’s experience preferred).
• Must be 18+ years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with 2+ years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to lead, analyze data, and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain professionalism, enthusiasm, and effective communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance and proper training of Team Members.
• Establish high customer service standards and motivate staff.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets per company guidelines.
