Qualifications

• Experience in motivating teams and coaching.
• Proven customer service and sales abilities with knowledge of job costing.
• Ability to manage and deliver budgeted sales and EBITDA monthly.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers business plans to achieve budgeted sales and profits.
• Directly supervises operations, admin teams, and sales leadership to meet goals.
• Ensures safety culture and training systems; provides necessary resources.
• Maintains inventory and inspects jobs to ensure quality.
• Interviews and approves hires; manages recruiting activities.
• Coordinates with marketing for local market strategy and brand standards.
• Maintains 100% satisfaction guarantee and resolves customer issues daily.
• Ensures service calls and installations meet promised targets.
