Job summary

Advantage Pro Services is seeking a General Manager to own the P&L, lead a 30+ person team, and drive growth from $3M to $6M+ in revenue. You will mentor the Business Development and Outside Sales teams, set targets, and ensure maintenance plans expansion while controlling costs.

You will partner with HR on recruiting and performance, manage vendor relationships, and present monthly performance to the Owner/CEO. A strong leadership track record in home services is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operations leadership in residential/commercial field services.
• Proven P&L ownership with budget, revenue targets, and variance explanations.
• Sales DNA with leadership of sales teams; cold calling or door-to-door a plus.
• Track record of developing people—managers and hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable Business Development Manager and Outside Sales.
• Set monthly/quarterly targets and own revenue; step in to close or back up deals.
• Drive growth in maintenance plan enrollments; oversee daily field operations.
• Own COGS, manage budgets, and maintain customer retention and NPS targets.
• Lead 30+ employees; collaborate with HR on recruiting and performance management.
