Job summary

Surcheros Fresh Mex is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-casual team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll develop leaders, coach staff, and drive daily operations with a focus on culture, hospitality, and quality.)

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually with performance-based bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement within a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of restaurant management experience in fast casual or quick service.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Experience with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials including labor, food cost, and P&L management.
• Food safety certification (ServSafe) or ability to obtain.
• Proficient with restaurant technology and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with hospitality and service standards.
