Job summary

Surcheros is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver best-in-class guest experiences. You will recruit, coach, and develop managers and team members, while controlling labor, food costs, and adherence to safety standards.

You’ll drive daily operations, schedule effectively, and own local performance targets, building a positive workplace culture and strong community presence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Fast Casual or Quick Service.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Experience with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials including labor, food cost, and P&L management.
• Food Safety/ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Proficient with restaurant technology and Microsoft Office.
