Surcheros Fresh Mex in Cartersville, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and create exceptional Guest experiences. You will build a positive, high-performing culture, recruit and coach teams, and drive financial performance while upholding Fresh Core Values.

Lead by example in hospitality, ensure food safety, and own labor, costs, and community engagement. This role offers strong growth within a rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Experience with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials including labor, food cost, and P&L management.
• Food Safety/ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead People: recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent; coach managers and team members; conduct performance reviews and foster trust.
• Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience: uphold food quality, cleanliness, and service standards; resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Drive Restaurant Operations: manage staffing, scheduling, shift execution, and equipment maintenance; ensure health standards.
• Own the Business: drive sales growth, profitability, and inventory control; analyze trends and build improvement plans.
