Qualifications

• 2–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven leadership with high-performing teams.
• Experience in hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Strong understanding of labor, food cost, and P&L management.
• Food Safety/ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead people and create an engaging, respectful culture.
