Activate America LLC. seeks a General Manager to lead our Boston-area interactive gaming facility, working with an Assistant Manager and Game Facilitators to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This full-time role requires flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, and responsibilities spanning operations, customer relations, staff development, and business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and communicate company goals.
• Help develop initiatives for business growth and staff implementation.

• Check-in customers, take payments, and coach staff for satisfaction.
