Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality management experience with at least 1 recent year as AGM or GM.
• Strong leadership ability and willingness to lead by example.
• Exemplary communication, time management, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue in Simulator Rentals, Food and Beverage Sales.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training of staff.
• Manage operations of the social side of the business.
