Activate America LLC, a full-scale interactive gaming facility, seeks a General Manager in Cincinnati to lead operations with the Assistant Manager and Game Facilitators. You’ll drive customer satisfaction, staff development, and business growth through events and campaigns.

The role requires flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, and involves coaching a team, scheduling, and hands-on gaming floor oversight in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and communicate company goals.
• Develop initiatives for business growth and implement with staff.
• Increase brand awareness and drive sales via local events and marketing campaigns.
• Engage with customers via emails and phone calls.
• Participate in business-focused meetings and trainings.
• Check-in customers, process payments, and coach others to do the same.
• Schedule shifts to maximize meaningful customer interactions.
• Create a positive, high-energy experience for customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Greet and interact proactively with all customers.
• Collect customer feedback for process improvements.
• Schedule duties to cover peak periods.
• Lead hiring and build a talent pipeline for business development.
• Oversee staff, coach, and develop employees.
• Create development plans and conduct trainings/evaluations.
• Train and present evaluations and develop staff.
• Ensure facilities run at optimal levels and perform regular inspections.
• Complete weekly/monthly checklists and manage inventory.
• Communicate location issues to the appropriate department.
• Daily cleaning and maintenance per company standards.
• Manage facilitating activities including front desk and gaming area.
