Flik Hospitality Group in Cleveland, OH is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume account, oversee all P&L and budgeting, and ensure superior food quality and customer service. The role requires 5 years of foodservice operation experience, budget management, HR functions, scheduling and payroll oversight, and strong team leadership.

Competenze

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Five years of foodservice operation experience required.
• Experience with budgeting and high-volume production/catering is essential.
• Strong leadership and client relations skills.

Mansioni

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages overall day-to-day operations of the account.
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training.
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients; collaborates with other departments.
• Works with the Chef and management on menu development and top-quality food.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with company marketing and culinary team.
