Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates, oversee client relations, and ensure superior quality food offerings.

You will work with the Chef and management to roll out new culinary programs while driving P&L responsibility and budget controls for the account. This role requires strong leadership and a track record in high-volume service.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L for a dining program.
• Ability to develop and implement appealing menus for a high-volume operation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and clients.
