Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager to maintain operations within approved budgets while meeting client expectations. You will nurture strong relationships with staff, guests, and clients and drive professional growth across the team.

You will also align dining services with the facility’s overall operations plan. The role requires leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of managing upscale food service, with a focus on quality, compliance, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight to ten years upscale food service experience, including six years at management level.
• Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning.
• Proven track record to achieve company goals in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, attention to detail.
