Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in managing the account in line with the approved budget and client expectations. You will oversee safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs and foster strong relationships across employees, guests, and the client.

You will promote growth and development of the entire team and help integrate dining service with the facility plan, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five to seven years upscale food service experience, including one year experience of multi-unit management.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, flexible and adaptable to constant changes and must possess attention to detail.
• Supervisory, scheduling, training and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and reconciliation of multiple cash banks and reports.
• HACCP controls knowledge and proper storage and use of food.
• Monitor health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving.

• Maintains account along with the General Manager in accordance with the approved budget.
• Conducts safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Fosters strong interdepartmental relations and integrates dining service with the facility plan.
• Promote the professional growth and development of the entire team.
