Compass Group USA is seeking a General Manager for Flik Hospitality. You will maintain the account per the approved budget and meet client expectations while building strong relationships with staff, guests and the client.

You will promote professional growth, foster interdepartmental cooperation, and integrate the dining service with the facility plan of operations. Leadership and financial acumen are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight to ten years upscale food service experience, including six years at management level.
• Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the account in accordance with the approved budget and client expectations.
• Promotes professional growth and development of the team.
• Fosters interdepartmental relations and integrates dining with facility operations.
• Manages purchasing and inventory controls and analyzes financial data.
