Flik Hospitality Group in Cleveland is seeking a Catering Manager to lead the Catering Department, train staff, oversee event set-ups, and direct temporary personnel while ensuring excellent service at every event.

You will collaborate with the Chef on menus, monitor labor and food costs, maintain client relationships, and uphold sanitation and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2 years of food service experience including 1 year at the management level.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises all catering events.
• Oversee catering operations including logistics, sanitation, and cost control.
• Work with Chef to create menus.
