Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting and recruiting.
• Willingness to lead in a fast-paced kitchen and guest-obsessed service.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience.
• Be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and hiring and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle’s training tools.
• Direct the team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day operations: scheduling, P&L, sales-forecasting, recruiting.
• Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Aim for overall financial success: sales and cash flow targets.
• Provide leadership across all meal periods, including lunch, dinner, and weekends.
