Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant with guest-obsessed hospitality and strong operational focus. You will recruit, train, and develop the team, drive P&L and sales forecasting, and ensure compliance and food safety across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management.
• Food safety and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with sales forecasting and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience.
• Be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and hiring, people processes and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices, using Chipotle’s training tools.
• Direct our team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• Ensure the dining room remains clean and guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Be accountable for overall financial success, achieving annual sales and cash flow plans.
• Schedule includes lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts for leadership across all hours.
