Job summary

Pincho, a fast-casual brand born in Miami, is hiring a General Manager to lead one of our restaurants. You will own daily operations, develop a team of up to 30, and deliver strong results on guest experience, people, sales, and profit.

As the GM, you will run the restaurant with hospitality, coach and schedule the team, manage food safety and brand standards, and control costs through smart ordering and inventory. You will also drive sales via local marketing and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years leadership in fast casual or quick-service with full P&L exposure.
• Proven staffing to plan, reducing turnover and building bench strength.
• Strong scheduling, labor management, and inventory systems knowledge.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with hospitality, speed, and accuracy.
• Build, coach, and schedule a high-performing team; hire and onboard with care.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and brand standards at all times.
• Control costs through smart ordering, inventory, prep, and waste routines.
• Protect cash and assets; follow deposits and variance processes.
• Drive sales via community presence, local store marketing, and digital channels.
• Partner with leaders on training, performance reviews, and recognition.
• Keep the restaurant spotless and guest-ready front and back of house.
• Resolve guest issues quickly, turning them into loyalty moments.
