Job summary

Pincho in Miami is hiring a General Manager to lead one of our fast-casual restaurants. You will own daily operations, develop a team of up to 30, and deliver strong results on guest experience, people, sales, and profit.

You will hire and onboard, coach performance, ensure food safety and brand standards, control costs through smart ordering and inventory, and drive local marketing and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Two to five years leading fast casual or quick service with full P&L exposure.
• Proven ability to hire, onboard, and reduce turnover while building bench strength.
• Strong scheduling, labor management, and inventory control experience.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is preferred.
• Calm under pressure, clear communicator, hands-on operator.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with hospitality, speed, and accuracy.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team of up to 30.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and brand standards at all times.
• Control costs through smart ordering, inventory, prep, and waste.
• Protect assets and manage cash, deposits, and variance control
• Drive sales through local marketing and digital channels
• Partner with leaders to deliver training and performance reviews
• Maintain a guest-ready front and back of house
• Resolve guest issues promptly to generate loyalty
