Bass Pro Shops is seeking a General Manager for the Fun Mountain facility in our entertainment division. This role oversees Food & Beverage operations, games, bowling, and guest attractions, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability.

The GM will lead leadership teams, monitor budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across health and security programs. Strong hospitality and multi-unit leadership essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle complaints and oversee service recovery.
• Provide leadership to management and hourly staff.
• Manage budgeted revenue while controlling expenses and payroll.
• Ensure safety procedures comply with regulations and policy.
• Oversee purchasing within budget and policy guidelines.
• Control labor and other costs to meet profit goals.
• Prepare reports, time sheets, inventories, and cash reports.
• Ensure alcohol and food service comply with local rules.
• Coordinate with owners and contractors on projects.
