Job summary

Visa's Corporate IT PMO seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives across the global real estate portfolio. You will align technology investments with real estate strategy, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful deployments of office expansions, relocations, and new site builds.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Experience managing large-scale corporate real estate, workplace technology, or construction-related programs.
• Strong program management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management skills.
• Executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of corporate IT workstreams for office expansions and relocations.
• Coordinate with Corporate Real Estate and Workplace teams on technology investments to support initiatives.
• Manage technology infrastructure including AV, conference room tech, and network systems.
• Develop business cases, funding requests, project charters, cost estimates, and executive presentations.
• Governance, reporting, risk management, and capacity planning for multiple programs.
