Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for the Technology Finance team, driving financial leadership and decision support across technology portfolios. You will partner with Technology, Product, and Finance leaders to ensure cost discipline and delivery of strategic priorities.

The role is hybrid with required in-office days to be confirmed by the Hiring Manager; travel is limited. Strong modeling, visualization, and strategic thinking are essential for success in a global payments environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
• 9+ years with a bachelor's or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree or 3+ years with a PhD
• Proven experience in advanced financial modeling (Microsoft Excel)
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau with the ability to build scalable dashboards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to interpret financial data and deliver actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior leadership
• Operates independently with sound business judgment in ambiguous environments
• Collaborative and team-oriented, with credibility across global functions
• Prior FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy experience
• Strategic thinker with deep business acumen and payments industry understanding
• Experience with complex financial systems (Hyperion, GARP, GEAR)
