Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (Jira, Jira Align, Rally)
• Scaled Agile certification beneficial
• Experience with project management and reporting tools (Clarity, Rally, Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
• Experience with collaboration tools (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Wiki, Office 365 Copilot)

Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly execution planning and prioritize epics and features
• Manage program financials: budgets, forecast, and funding approvals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity
• Ensure adherence to AM2 and SSDLC processes and lifecycle management
• Coach scrum teams in agile practices and drive transformation
• Generate and improve agility metrics and reporting for stakeholders
