Job summary

JPC Partners is seeking Program Managers / Project Managers to oversee enterprise technology projects from planning through execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage P&L, and coordinate with customers to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience, 5+ years in PM roles, and willingness to travel up to 25%. PMP is preferred or planned for.

Qualifications

• Responsible for project success including planning, execution, timelines, P&L management, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood, planned, and executed.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepare and deliver reports to senior management on status, milestones, risks, and customer feedback.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project planning and execution while meeting timelines.
• Manage P&L, resources, and internal/external communications.
• Define and maintain detailed project plans with stakeholders.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements and track procurement.
• Provide status reports and risk updates to senior management.
• Keep project plans and milestones up to date.
