Job summary

Amazon’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) GBP team seeks a Manager to partner with AI and Security business units, aligning real estate strategy with business objectives. You will work with senior leaders across Finance, PXT, Legal, and Public Policy to shape plans, drive governance, and deliver enterprise-wide real estate initiatives.

You will lead data-driven programs, develop executive-ready real estate recommendations, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee escalation processes

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and presenting results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner across enterprise partners and GREF teams to support executive leaders.
• Build systems and tracking to deliver SLAs.
• Establish rhythm of business for orgs with planning cadences.
• Implement reporting to support leaders with data, analytics and metrics.
• Balance business needs with fiduciary stewardship and cost savings.
• Lead development and delivery of exec-level real estate presentations and business cases.
• Oversee issue escalation processes.
• Drive implementation of GREF and business strategies across regions.
