Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Transactions & Real Estate Strategy Manager on the GREF Business Partnering team. The role partners with AI and Security units, aligning real estate strategies with business objectives and supporting executive leaders with data‑driven insights.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, governance, and development of strategic presentations to secure decisions and alignment across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and presenting results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, PXT, Legal, Security) to support leaders in decision-making.
• Build systems and tracking to deliver SLAs.
• Establish rhythm of business for orgs and integrate GREF into planning cadences.
• Develop reporting mechanisms for data-driven decisions.
• Lead development of executive-level real estate presentations and business cases.
