Amazon seeks a Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Business Partnering Manager in Arlington, VA. You will serve as BP for AI and Security units, coordinating with senior leaders to align real estate strategy with business objectives.

You’ll partner across finance, legal, and policy and drive data-driven decisions through reporting, planning rhythms, and executive-level presentations. Join a small, high-exposure team spanning Arlington, Seattle and San Francisco, where hands-off leadership

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, PXT, Legal, Security and GREF teams to support executive leaders.
• Build systems and tracking to deliver SLAs.
• Establish rhythm of business for each org, integrating GREF into OP1/OP2 planning and cadence (WBR/MBR/QBR).
• Implement reporting to support data, analytics, metrics and research for decisions.
• Balance business needs with fiduciary stewardship and cost-savings mandates.
• Lead and support the development of executive real estate presentations, recommendations and business cases.
• Oversee issue escalation processes.
• Partner with GREF teams and external stakeholders to drive strategy across orgs and regions.
• Provide thought leadership and market insights to inform recommendations.
