Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Manager on the Business Partnering team. You will partner with AI and Security units, align real estate strategies with business objectives, and present compelling business cases to senior leaders.

You will build data-driven insights, manage escalations, and drive cadence planning across regions, ensuring fiduciary stewardship and cost savings while delivering strategic GREF initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program or project management.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional GREF teams and executives to align real estate strategies.
• Build tracking systems to deliver SLAs.
• Lead development of S-team executive real estate presentations and business cases; incorporate input from GREF teams to secure decisions.
• Establish rhythm of business with planning cadences and WBR/MBR/QBR cadence.
• Oversee issue escalation processes.
