Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in San Francisco is seeking a Manager on the GREF Business Partnering team to serve as BP for AI and Security units, partnering with senior leaders to align real estate strategies with business goals.

You will build reporting, drive SLAs, and manage cross-functional collaborations across Finance, PXT, Legal, Public Policy, and regional teams, delivering data-driven insights and compelling business cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner across enterprise partners, cross-functional GREF teams, Corporate FP&A, and Public Policy to support executives.
• Build systems and tracking mechanisms to deliver agreed upon SLAs.
• Establish rhythm of business for each org, integrating GREF into planning and cadences.
• Implement reporting mechanisms to support leaders with data, analytics, metrics, and research.
• Balance business needs with fiduciary stewardship and cost-saving mandates.
• Lead development and delivery of S-team executive-level real estate presentations and business cases.
• Oversee issue escalation processes.
• Drive strategy implementation across organizations and regions with external stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership and market insights to inform decisions.

Education

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
