Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Manager on the GREF Business Partnering team to serve as a BP for AI and Security units, aligning real estate strategies with business objectives. You will partner with senior leaders, develop plans, and drive strategic real estate initiatives globally.

You will collaborate with enterprise partners and GREF teams to deliver insights, case development, and governance across regions, balancing cost savings and fiduciary responsibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, PXT, Legal, Security) to support executive leaders in managing ambiguity and trade-offs.
• Build systems and tracking to deliver SLAs.
• Establish rhythm of business for orgs with OP1/OP2 planning and WBR/MBR/QBR cadences.
• Implement reporting to support leadership with data, analytics, metrics and research.
