Job summary

BRG seeks a Workplace Project Manager to lead its global workplace portfolio from planning through occupancy. You will oversee market surveys, site selection, design, construction, furniture, technology, commissioning, and relocations, driving risks and decisions with rigorous data analysis.

The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, delivering executive-ready reports and coordinating with stakeholders across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8+ years of experience in workplace, corporate real estate, architecture, construction, interior design, facilities, or related PM fields.
• Experience managing commercial office projects from planning through completion.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel skills for budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and decision support.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
• Experience reviewing plans and construction documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel 25-50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace projects from planning through occupancy, including expansions, relocations, and renovations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, furniture vendors, technology providers, landlords, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead procurement, including proposal reviews, bid evaluations, scope development, contract coordination, and vendor negotiations.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction, furniture installations, technology deployments, commissioning, move management, and closeout.
• Review test fits, design drawings, construction documents, and construction progress to validate requirements and support decisions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives and workplace standards.
