Job summary

Berkeley Research Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Workplace Portfolio across BRG’s global footprint. You will own programs for office expansions, relocations, and renovations, and drive portfolio analysis, governance, and process improvements.

Working with the Head of Workplace Portfolio, you translate business needs into options, maintain project controls, and develop consistent delivery practices across locations. Travel 25–50% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in workplace, corporate real estate, architecture, construction, interior design, facilities, or related PM fields.
• Demonstrated delivery of complex commercial office projects across multiple locations.
• Strong command of capital planning, forecasting, procurement, construction documentation, and project controls.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with scenario modeling experience.
• Evidence of improving delivery standards, leading external teams, and mentoring colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Act as BRG’s owner’s representative for workplace projects, directing external teams and managing delivery from surveys through occupancy.
• Direct architects, engineers, contractors, and other providers; lead procurement and vendor negotiations.
• Coordinate with Legal and internal approvers; adapt delivery to local market conditions.
• Review documents, conduct site inspections, and coordinate building system requirements.
• Manage handoff, warranties, and landlord obligations; ensure readiness checks and closeout.
• Develop capital plans, budgeting tools, and reporting; partner with Finance to distinguish capex from occupancy costs.
• Maintain an integrated view of concurrent projects, including schedules and risks.
• Lead ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting within the portfolio.
